I&#039;ve had a similar thing happen to me in the last few days... I bought a new smartphone, and since then productivity has more than quadrupled. Why? Because my mobile&#039;s screen is large enough that I can do anything useful I want to do (check bank account details, check Facebook, write an email, etc) but small enough that I don&#039;t enjoy it. I hence haven&#039;t turned on my desktop computer in three days, and I&#039;ve got tonnes of other stuff done.

Also, not having Facebook open all day helps. There&#039;s something in that Web 2.0 water...</description>
